No delivery no help!!!!

I ordered perfume on 13/05/2015 Order number order #1081 Tracking number LN***US. When I try to track it online the last information was on the day I placed the order, May 13, 2015 2:49pm, Status - Shipping label created Location Hauppauge, NY 11788. I have sent about emails to Fragrance Fanatic and they just do not respond. When I called them today they could not assist and said I should call customes on *** / 5716. I called and they cannot track my order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH FRAGRANCE FANATIC AS THEY ARE UNHELPFUL AND ***** YOUR MONEY.
