Internet order and no delivery

I have order from them on the 17th of November 2014 and payed by credit card. I have received a tracking number from them and the parcel was posted from New-York and ended up in Jamaica on the 27th. It still shows in transit for the past 3 months. I have contacted the agent several time and the post office and got the same response that nothing have arrived as yet. The last mail he said that there is a 4 month back log at the post office and the refund policy states that they cannot be held responsible for delays. I also mention to them that it also states that after 45 days of no delivery a refund will be considered. I have e-mailed him asking if he is a ********* and that I will open a ***** case and report this on Hello Peter if he cannot convince me that Fragrance fanatic is a legit web site. I haven't heard from him since. I even phone him and told him about the mail and then said he will reply to me. His number is *** and e-mail [Email Removed]
