FRAGRANCE FANATIC -NO DELIVERY NO HELP NO RESPONSE

Goodday.I ordered perfume to the total of R2,540 on 23 February 2015. Received confirmation that the parcel left Jamaica US on 26 February 2015. I contacted Wale at Fragrance Fanatic on 17 March first via email and then I tried to phone them, several several times, on which he answered on like the tenth time. I enquired regarding my parcel and he suggested that I visit my local Post Office and enquire whether a parcel in my name has arrived. I wanted a tracking number and he confirmed that NO tracking number can be supp**** once the package leaves the USA???? What??? Well, I went to the Post Office on 9 April 2015 and enquired, and needless to say - NOTHING! I yet again contacted them via phone - NO RESPONSE - and then via email on 9 April 2015, to which I have not receive ANY response whatsoever. The Post Office still has nothing for me!!! This is the WORST experience I have EVER had in all my years of Internet Shopping!
