FRAGRANCE FANATIC DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM

This company has such terrible services. the number which exists is *** and very rarely a white female answers (who is of no assistance). This number goes to voicemail for the last three weeks. i placed an order on 30 july 2019. when placing the order it said "estimated time for delivery 6 august 2019". it is 19 august 2019 and nothing has been delivered to me. i requested on many times to speak to the owner and no one calls. this company is a ****. takes peoples money and doesn't revert. their website says one thing and they delivery says another. i cannot believe how people can operate like this.
