Want my money back

Made a order with this company promise delivery within 24 to 48 hours passed 4 days no delivery I contact them the item I wanted was sold out so if I didn't Contact them I wouldn't know . I requested my refund they told me that the guy for finances is in hospital so they can't refund me until his back this happened on the 8th of June which I ordered on the 4th so till this day I haven't received my refund instead im being ignored on their whatsapp and I can't reach them on email and phone call . I'm seeking help anyone
