Poor service & *************

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and was told the courier was on the way; order never arrived. Have followed up with Jason from Fragrance Delivery SA who says they attempted to deliver and he would raise the issue with the courier - still no feedback. The company now no longer responds to my emails after I requested a refund.
