****mers!

I celebrated my 30th birthday in August last year. I've always wanted a Louis Vioutton hand bag and someone referred Fragrance deliver to my husband as they are known for selling AAA products. When I opened my gift I was over the moon excited even though it had not been purchased directly from Louis Vioutton I was satisfied knowing its “AAA". My husband purchased the bag 2 weeks before my 30th birthday and gifted me with my bag on the 26th August.

On the 24th August when went out and I noticed the one strap feeling funny. I had a look at it and the stitching of the strap was literally hanging on a few strings o thread. If I had it hanging on my arm any longer it would've snapped completely off. My husband immediately made contact with the sales agent he purchased the bag from (Kelly) and she responded on the 28th September offering him a discount if he bought another bag. He responded by telling her that I work from home and she could count the amount of weekends since he gifted me and that would briefly give her an idea that I barely used this bag so how could it be this damaged already. On the 30th September we sent her a copy of their exchange policy which clearly covers customers in this case and we were more than happy to accept another bag, we didn't want the cash back.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at *********** and send your item to: Woodlands Crescent Woodmead, Johannesburg, GT, , South Africa

October the 1st she rep**** with a voice note stating that she would speak to her supervisor and get back to my husband. We heard nothing from her until my husband sent her another message on the 16th October for an update and she responded - will chat tomorrow which she did not!

The 14th November my husband sent her another message and she advised that her supervisor would call him. He waited another 3 days and sent her a message on the 17th November for a follow up and since then she has not responded to him.

Now fragrance deliver, you people may be okay with ripping people off but you will not take my husband's hard earned money and think nothing thereof. R2000 for a handbag to last for 3 occasions is not okay! To Kelly, all you wanted was a sale no intention to retain a customer who definitely would've purchased from your company again. I want this matter resolved, it's been 6 months and to date nobody has had the decency to reach out to us!
