If it looks too good to be true, it is - perfume and reviews are ****
Fragrance Deliver SA claims that the products they sell are 'parallel imports' - by definition, parallel imports are original fragrances, which theirs are certainly not. Disappointingly, the fragrances they offer are cheap imitations, delivered in even cheaper packaging (which they claim is due to the packaging being 'older, because designs are improved frequently) - and they smell like cheap air freshener. When challenged, they maintained that their fragrances 'have batch codes' - which means nothing. Don't bother with attempting to secure a refund - you are required to return the product at your own expense, in it's original, unopened state (how are you supposed to ascertain whether it's genuine?) and they deduct handling charges and 'initial courier charges'. Their reviews on their website and on HelloPeter are as **** as their perfume. When I advised them that I would be exposing them on social media, I was accused of ********* and being unprofessional, which only serves to highlight their shortcomings. Save your money.

We also note in our email replies to you, we were actually happy to accommodate your return in line with our returns policy. You were not willing to accept that and we were not able to assist you further due to that. All our products have batch codes, you welcome to supply me with your batch code and I will do a lookup on the batch date for you on a 3rd party website from a tracking and authenticity perspective. 99% of our clients give a few which happens in every business, are incredibly happy! We deliver speedily and our product is well priced in the market, lasting up to 8 hours. In Every business, you will have happy clients and clients not so happy, but we do accommodate, in line with our terms and conditions like any other business :) We also happy to share our review statistics with anyone that ask and do not hide anything
Witth regards to **** reviews - no business has days and weeks or even months to replicate pictures , client names and full reviews on products, on a secured review platform such as Hello Peter and or Fera. Both platforms are stamped and secured to buyers email address's and are 100% authentic. Any potential client can come to us at any point to pull reviews for them to show them the authenticity, including on Hello Peter!
When reviewing a company, I suggest being helpful to others, and not totally counter productive with hearsay or falsified information.

If, as you maintain, all of your reviews are genuine, I can only presume that your clientele is exceptionally gullible, and have no idea what the genuine fragrances smell like.
Interesting, too, that all of the reviews on your website have the same headings, over and over again. Did all of your reviewers collude?
Your counterfeiters haven't even managed to replicate the correct fonts used by the brand (and those have NOT changed since inception) - either on the bottle or the packaging.
I have also made good on my promise (not a threat) to report you to the Consumer Goods Council (who are in possession of the 'perfume' you supp****) and the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
Your perfumes are definitely authentic ****s. Good luck to you.
