I bought a gift set of the Marc Jacobs fragrances, one out of three bottles had a crack. I told them about it, they sorted the out. What's even interesting is that, I got another full gift set (of all three fragrances.) I'm honestly happy. I thought id get a replacement of the one which had cracked.
