Thank you for your review - i am sorry that your bottle of perfume was damp as per our whatsapp conversation when you received it - it does happen unfortunately in transport, but after the pictures and video you took for us, we establised the bottle was still full to the brim and no nozzles were defected.

All our fragrances have batch numbers on the bottle or the box which is trackable on independant websites.

Let us know how we can assist you further as we were willing to refund you a portion out of good will , which you declined
