I ordered some fragrances from this Company. The ordering process was easy and hassle free and it was delivered within 2 days. When I checked the good I noticed that one of the products was wrong, which I decided to keep as it was the same brand that was ordered. Very shortly after the delivery I was asked to rate their service via email. I did that and my rating was below average as the wrong product was sent. Within a matter of minutes I received a whatsapp from Jason with an apology AND AN OFFER TO SEND ME THE CORRECT PRODUCT AT NO FURTHER CHARGE TO MYSELF. I was given a choice of fragrance if I wanted something different to what I originally ordered. I was completely stunned. Having dealt with corporates, doing online shopping in the very recent past, and having to accept their no care corporate attitude, and posting reviews on this platform regarding the shoddy service, I could not believe what had happened. NO FUSS, NO LONG DISCUSSIONS, THEY JUST SENT ME ANOTHER BOTTLE. THIS is SUPERB service. Thank you so so much Jason and team for your dedication to service excellence. You have a customer for life!!!!! It is so encouraging to see that a small business like Fragrance Deliver SA are so dedicated to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied.
