Very disappointed with this store

In feb 2020 i visited the liberty mall store to purchase a fragrance. After choosing one from the list they have the asssitant told me they were out of stock. I then asked to sample a few of the ones i liked but to my shock all the testers were completely empty. After sniffing off the tops of the testers and choosing one i couldn't buy it as it was out of stock.i then asked the assistant to please advise me what was in stock n she promptly pulled out their fragrance list and told me whatever fragrance has a tick next to it thats whats in stock which was about 11 names only. I eventually chose one only because i had had it previously.I called the head office and was asked to email my complaint to Leeann but till date i havent gotten a reply.i went to this store again about 3 weeks ago to buy a Summer fragrance and again i had the same problem but stil i purchased a 50ml only because the 100 ml was out of stock. So its obvious nothing was done to fix this problem. I would certainly not be visitng this store again. Surely this store is worried about making turnover n since Christmas is around the corner they should be fully stocked with testers and stock. There are so many other fragrance stores nearby especially Dischem 2 stores away. Is this store closing down?
