Terrible service with empty promises!

The service is terrible! I placed an order with Fraai meRaai and made FULL payment on 19 Feb. Befor the order was finalized I indicated multiple times that I need it by the 2nd of March. It was confirmed to me that I will get the package by then. On 28th Feb I followed up and asked that they please send the pacel ASAP that day to ensure that I have it - it is for a special occasion that is why the date is so important. They confirmed again. On Wednesday 1 March I received a message with excuses of printers and that they are not sure that I will receive it on the 2nd. It is now the 3rd of March and I still haven't received my order. They are blaming it on loadshedding and coerier time delays, however they confirmed delivery for 2nd March! I paid so much for my parcel to not be able to use it on the specific occasion. I don't recommend this business at all!!
