Bad attitude and very unhappy with goods.

I ordered a lilac dress and I received a maroon one. I ordered night gowns and slippers for children (3-4 years old) and received matching adult size 7 slippers to go with them. Only to be told she doesn't have children's slippers after i paid for them. No refund given. I sent colour samples and all the colours i received were very far off.
