Stay clear of this business

Avoid this business at all cost. The lady that works taking in orders etc is great. Very friendly. The workforce however leaves much to be desired. They were just there to replace the existing gutters. When pointing out to them that the gutters are skew and not falling in the right direction they accused me of being rude. When i asked them to please finish off the rough cuts made "free hand" to the downpipes. I was being made fun of behind my back. (unfortunately i overheard them and told them so) The boss or what ever he is was unconcerned and mostly not available. Kept walking off and standing outside the property. Further more my roof were damaged as the one employee fell off the ladder whilst grinding cutting a slit into my roof and then patching it with silicone. When asked about this they said as far as they are concerned they fixed it. Sending me long emails quoting terms and conditions etc and threatening me. I am in construction myself and the quality is poor.
