Worst Building Experience - FPR Building

We hired Rudolfo Ferro from FPR Building to build a cottage, a boundary wall and paving for us. The project started July 2020 and currently (31 August 2021) has not been completed and he has spent the money we paid him without delivering materials or competing the work. The entire experience has been traumatic and emotionally draining. I would never recommend him to anyone.
