Shoddy claims service

I have an third party claim with them currently and dam their service is shoddy, from lack of communication to no communication to rude and condescending responses from their Legal team that handles the third party claims - Kelly VD.I definitely wont insure my portfolio with them, sadly tarnishing the Hollard brand here.
