Everything went relatively okay with the sale of our home and the purchasing of a new home, but as soon as the money was paid, the estate agent disappeared. When we experienced issues with the electric wiring, which was supposed to be checked with an electrical compliance certificate, the estate agent told us that "**** happens" and that we needed to pay for it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Shocking service.
