order paid a year ago and not recieved yet

i placed an paid my order last year november and have not received my package yet!! i am a very calm person and did not take it further due to the lockdown that came in april time. but now i am getting inpatient as i do send emails but no reply. i want a refund but i do not get any reply or answer on call.

i cant complain about the service because there is no service
