Candice wouldn't have a 5 star reviews on Facebook if she didn't delete and block everyone who leaves a bad review. The entire process was a complete nightmare with Foxcreek and the most unprofessional, *********** and rude service I ever receive due to her being stressed out after losing someone else's travel pet! I jumped ship a few days before my flight and went with another agency which was swift and competent. My furbabies are finally home no thanks to this agency.
