Fox Racing online return issues

I recently bought a top from their online store. When wanting to return the item which is allowed, 1. the return e-mail is an IT company that hasnt done returns for them since March. I had to phone the IT company owner to find this out. 2. When FINALLY getting through to FOX racing's helpline, very rude lady who said she would arrange it..............3 days later and nothing

They happy to take your payment but no help with returning the item, which as per the website you are entitled to do.
