no service

Hi, I purchased a generator from fox power on the 6th of November 20 13, on arival the fuel gauge was not working, i informed him and he assured me that he would get it sorted out, five months later still not working after numerous phone calls. When I purchased the generator he assured me that they had the best back up service than other company's.<br> regards<br> Brian
