No Joy after a Month

i recently purchased a welding helmet through this company . The first welding helmet that arrived had someones name written in permanent marker on it , after a week of waiting for a new helmet . The \New\" helmet was dropped off and upon opening the box , the screen has scratches on it and is in a poor looking state . i have been waiting for over a week for a new one and still waiting .
