Favouritism and stupid manager's

Bad company because the line manager and general manager favours certain people that's why it's hard for other hardworking people to move forward. The line manager is so stupid it's no one's business. His still very young and stupid. The HR is not even qualified for the position. He gots no clue on what's he doing . Everyone forever complains about there payslips through that unqualified HR.
