Dismissed due to Medical Certificates

I was employed on the 05 October 2015 at Fowkes Bros on a three month probation period in my three months of employment I was book off by a dentist due to surgery I had but did inform the HR on the day of my interview of my upcoming appointment.<br> I was also book off for bronchitis and for severe sunburn and medical certificates was submitted.<br> <br> On my last day of work on the 23/12/2015 I was told by my department manager that they have decided to make me permanent and I will start after the holiday on the 04/01/2016 of which I was book off for severe sunburn and a medical certificate was submitted as I have mentioned.<br> <br> I was told by the one of the directors Kenneth Stephens on the 14/01/2016 that Fowkes Bros don't need my service anymore of my absence although I have submit medical certificates I have ask what do I need to do wen a doctor book me off and he stated that they want people who is everyday at work. I was told via a Whatsapp message by my department manager that my contract will be extended till he get back to work on the 18/01/2016 so that he can deal with the matter and that never happened.<br> <br> Now I am unemployed because I was book off by a medical prectitioner.
