The reception staff’s attitude leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to think they are doing us a favour by assisting you. They do not respond to emails. I sent 2 emails and was ignored completely. When it comes to emergency, I can fully understand it would cost slightly more, however, I cannot comprehend how an emergency visit for a pet costs more than an emergency room visit for a human. Their normal consultation fee is almost that of a Gynaecologist. My pet was there 4 days ago for consuming cat litter and ate cat litter again and I was expected to pay another consult fee for the same thing they did 4 days ago that cost R3700.00 I took him to another vet who did more than what they did and was way more friendly, helpful, empathetic and understanding for R2000.00 less. You are expected to sit in the car for hours in the sun and cannot see what is actually being done to your pet. Honestly my 2nd visit at this place was horrible. It seems like they just want to milk the situation to make as much money as from you as possible.
