Poor Poor reception and Senior Staff service on first visit

Phoned the morning to make an appointment as my dog was sick. (I’m new to the area)… Was on the phone for a bit to compete necessary questions required for this appointment. Two hours later I arrive for my appointment and now with a even sicker dog in my arms…. the receptionist pushes a form in front of me to complete. (Picture it/ me with sick dog in arm completing form) I ask her why this form could not have been mailed to me (more than one)… she could not answer me. she rudely gets up and walks away only to return to tell me it protocol to compete it…. I ask again why it could not be mailed? This time another senior staff member got involved (the receptionist called her I guess). I asked again why such a form could not be sent earlier and because I’m not friendly when I had to ask this question 4 times now…. The senior staff member tell me “I don’t have to be rude”… only after this a suggestion for a nurse to come help me pops up so I can compete a form. I at this point decided to walk out as no one cared about my sick dog needing at care !! Only about protocol form I could have completed at other stages…. Your poor efficiencies, and lack of answering simple questions does not give you the right to say I’m rude!!
