Meat factory

<p>Visited early hours of the morning for an emergency just to be told my dog is fine when she wasn't. I was sent home with just an injection which made my dog worse. Then I was given an exorbitant bill for 2min of him examining my dog and 30 min prior he was searching for the referral history I gave ages ago - during this time he was in no rush to look at my dog. </p> <p> </p> <p>A week later I phoned to ask for medication which was first prescribed at my original vet in my old area and sent through to them. They denied that it was sent and that I was non existent on their system. </p> <p> </p> <p>After a battle to send through the script again, they said i needed to see a vet first to examine my dog before getting the meds which i had already done on the emergency visit. I picked up the medication noting that it was all incorrect. I then had to wait for a nurse to change it and alter the incorrect dosage prescribed. I was then not charged for a dispense fee to show they were sorry.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time I called I was never found on their system and had to re-enter my details and send through my dogs high risk history which they lost countless times.</p> <p> </p> <p>This place is a money making meat factory that made me travel 45min to my original vet for the care and treatment my dog needed. They were a convenient 24hr vet that I will never go to again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
