I wouldn't take a dead rat there

<p>I come in with my 17week old yorkie puppy who almost died drowning in our pool, i found him just in time. He was bloated swollen, struggling to breath and coughing up blood. I race from Bedfordview out to fourways and I'm met with a young receptionist eith major attitude. After telling me its a two hour wait she says she will get someone to help immediately due to it being an emergency. I'm left waiting for over an hour with no news, I'm sitting there looking at tje dirst smears all over the floor the toughs of fir everywhere but that is rhe least of my concerns, im staring at the blood splatters on the floor, picking up my feet cos im so scared of the hundreds of ****roches running everywhere and that is an understatement, can't help but thing does my little baby not deserve better, what kind of horror show have I just walked into, not one thing about this place says he is in good hands. I'm really freaked out and I beg that rude receptionist tof please get me some feedback, ignoring her huff I wait 10 mins and she comes back saying the vet is busy with the treatment on him and as soon as they done I can see him.....30 min later a colour woman comes out saying the vet hasn't looked at him yet she is trying to take his vitals but he is moving around and making it hard so she thinks he is okay.....I want to explode my husband trys to keep me calm, doesn't anyone see how crazy ridiculous this place is and what the receptionist **** twice, once saying she will take him straight to the vet due to being an emergency and over an hour later saying he is currently in treatment when the vet hasn't even seen him....he must be terrified and confused...this place is awful!!! Next time I have an emergency no doubt I'm going to Brynston!!!!</p>
