Excellent service

I went to fourways vet on Friday night at 9.00pm with my yorkie and it was busy. The receptionists told us to wait in the car and Farai the vet on duty would be with me as soon as he could. Critical animals were seen first. As the parking started to empty my car wouldn't start, two wonderful guys came to my rescue and jump started my car. Such kindness, well done chaps. The vet then came to the car and asked what was wrong with my yorkie. He then went and examined her. Farai the vet and a Male sister came and gave me feedback and medication. He told me if Savanna was not better to bring her back asap. We landed up at fourways on sunday at 1am and Ferai took Savanna to see what was wrong. I thought I had the best vet Ernie at northwold vet but Farai knowledge, care, kindness and advice was brillant.

I am with Medi pet and they pay quickly but paying up front and claiming back is not easy. I lost my job in March 2020 thanks to covid. I challenge a medical aid to not make is pay up front and pay the vets timeously.

Savanna needs to have a scan the vet recommended doing it during the week if it could wait. If not we would have to call out a specialist.

Someone commented that fourways is expensive. But if you go to emergancy and check yourself into causality and then into hospital and they call a specialist. You will pay huge money.
