compassion and professionalism

The staff have been fantastic. Yes, a bit pricy but 24 hour overheads have to covered - one does not expect to pay the same at the all night fuel filling station shop as the day time supermarket. We have always been treated with compassion and professionalism. We have two large Rotties and I have been impressed at the confident but gentle treatment at the FVH.
