An excellent vet hospital

I see only negative reviews here so I wanted to give my own opinion. I have taken 3 cats to this hospital over the past year (in fact I have one there right now) and can find no fault with them.

I have never seen the place dirty. I have never had a staff member be rude or inconsiderate (in fact the compassion they have for animals is quite obvious). They have never lost my details. My cat there now was taken as an emergency to them, and they immediately took the cat to the vet who checked the cat immediately, and came back to me within the hour to give feedback.

I am very happy with the place and service I have received there.

I will say this : It is an animal hospital, emphasis on the hospital. It is very large with a lot of rooms and equipment. They have doctors and staff on call on the premises 24 hours a day. Hospitals are very expensive to run, be they human or animal, so yes, the place is very expensive compared to your local vet, but consider what they offer over your local vet. Please keep that in mind before going there, excellent service, plenty of helpful equipment on site, the usual high hospital prices. You go to your local GP when you are little sick, you go to the hospital when it is an emergency.
