DO NOT USE THEM. Look elsewhere!!!!! RUN.

They have THE WORST customer service. I go there today (23rd Sept) to pick up some stuff only to find out that a debit order for August is outstanding. I asked the lady why nobody had informed me about this and she turns around and tells me “Don’t you check your bank statements”. There were no calls, emails or SMS’s from these people for a full 2 months!!! Then they tell me that they cannot let me in even though the debit order for September went through perfectly. This is the second time having a customer service issue with these people. I cannot wait to get my stuff out of there.
