Bad service by thr security guards at the gate

We were told to park outside and walk into the establishment. We got out of the car and instead of the guard opening the gate for us he was busy helping the car that came after us. When I called their number, the lady told me that's their procedure based on the 'fact' that the other car was an existing client. Potential client or existing client, I think procedure should be first come first served. I guess I will take my money were there won't be service **************.
