Refrigerator damaged by movers

I hired Fourways movers to assist with my move on Saturday, the men arrived and proceeded to move my belongings which where being transported not even a kilometre as my new residence was up the road friend the old one. On Sunday, I opened my fridge and I could hear a creaking sound coming from the top of the fridge. I tried to figure out what it was and couldn't. On Monday my helper opened the fridge door to try make herself some food when the whole fridge door collapsed and fell on her. It was obvious that a ***** on the fridge had somehow come undone.<br> <br> I called Bothwell from the mover and informed about this. He insisted that there was no way that his workers could have been responsible for the fridge door coming off. I told him that the fridge was fine before it was moved and the fact that the door had fallen off could be as a result of how t was moved. He refused to help in anyway or cover the cost of repairing my fridge. Instead he told me I could take him to court.
