Fourways Farmers Market noise pollution

I am writing to lay a formal complaint regarding the noise levels emanating from the events held at the Fourways Farmers Market, which are impacting our residence at Fish Eagle View estate. Despite living over 1km away from the market, the noise pollution from these events is consistently unacceptable, with specific reference to days like 2nd May and 29 August 2026 being exceptionally loud and excessive. Note the event in August measured 79dB at our residence on the ****hest corner of the estate away from the direction of the market. We are significantly disturbed by the amplified sound, which often continues for extended periods of time. Furthermore, I am concerned about the potential negative impact of this excessive noise on the wildlife within the Modderfontein reserve, which is located directly next to the events area. The reserve is home to various species that could be adversely affected by the ongoing disturbance. We have contacted the reserve & the area JMPD on this matter with no response. We have also been in contact with the Fourways Farmers Market, which consistently says the sound levels fall within legal limits, which, by the way, should be between 45 and 55dB. This is unacceptable.
