Poor service

I was at KFC from 11:10 till 11:23 with out any cashier attending to me whilst they see us standing in the queue . The other employee even went as far as asking one of her colleagues to attend to us . The colleague refused . As I was leaving she said "he must leave " what a poor service I received for the first time in that KFC because I buy lunch there almost every day .
