We installed an Alliance heat pump through Wet Pumps (Pty) Ltd.<br> The installation done by Wet Pumps and their contractors was so shocking that the heat pump was not working optimally. We went back to the Wet Pumps who provided and installed the unit and they were of absolutely no assistance.<br> On the other end of the spectrum, we made contact with Jason Finlay of Fourways Airconditioning (Pty) Ltd, as they are the distributors of Alliance and Samsung units across SA.<br> Jason was incredible! Without even needing to ask, he offered to come out and look at the unit and the installation thereof. The unit was working perfectly but the installation was a massive problem. Jason then made it his job to ensure that the installation was brought to the level of SANS and manufacturer standards.<br> Beyond this being a wonderful gesture, this is a level of service which we sadly seldom see.<br> To Fourways Airconditioning (Pty) Ltd and Jason Finlay, you set the benchmark for service delivery.<br> A resounding thank you!
