After ordering online I was actually contacted by a real human, via phone, whom confirmed stock availability and delivery date. Woha!

A very busy day at the warehouse and my delivery was missed BUT it was organized to personally deliver my order, after hours and on a Friday. No issue.

I was also contacted, by a human, via phone, on the Tuesday following, to affirm that everything was working and in good order.
