Going the extra mile

<p>My Alliance heat pump malfunctioned. Patrick McCarthy, sales representative, of Fourways Airconditioning Cape Town tried to solve the problem by assisting me several times by email and phone. When the problem was not solved a qualified plumber was called out but the problem still was there. The heat pump was brought to Fourways Cape Town and their technicians solved the problem, replaced parts. It took some weeks in total to get the machine running. When the heat pump was collected no charges were made, all done as a service. This is a rare thing, Fourways Airconditioning Cape Town and especially Patrick McCarthy went that extra mile for their clients. A product is as good as the after sales service you get.</p>
