Faudersters - Watchout for Mark *** / ***) they are ********s

I used this company in Nov 2022 to repair my Samsung washing machine. A guy name Mark *** / ***) came out and took the machine in. He told me that the main board was blown and couldn't be repaired. So I paid him for a new one and he brought me the old "blown" mainboard. R2450 later. It came with a 6 month warranty and he confirmed that it was replaced with a new mainboard.

2 months later, the washing machine storpped working and Mark said he would come assist, but then he didn't come and he stopped answering my calls. When I call another technician to come out, he checked and said that they did not replace the part by did a temporary fix on the mainboard that didn't work for long. Also the "blown"part they gave me was for a much older washing machine model. I was ****med. Do not use this company. I hope that no one else gets ****med by them.
