Wrong order - not their fault ?
Ordered from Fourpointdeals. Received wrong order, after eventually receiving a response they say its not their fault as the supplier packs the order ! So actually what he is saying that you should just be happy with what you receive and what they decided to give you. This is false advertising.

We did not do false advertising. It is mentioned in our description that "assorted items as a display box of 6". We said that we do not have control on the dinosaurs packed in the box as this comes straight from our suppliers as is. In no way did we imply that it was your fault.

12 Feb 2020, 14:28Thank you for reply. But surely thinking 6 assorted would be 6 different dinosours and not 2 sets of the same ones. You would think it will be assorted....different dinosours. And now Im stuck with these...as your suppliers decide what you get. Not fair. Cant you communicate with your supplier and ask why they packed the order this way, surely they wouldve know that the customer wont be happy or dont you communicate client satifaction to the suppliers you choose use on your website ? I would still like 2 different dinosours te replace the ones a received double off.
