No refund received as promised

We puchased lights from fourpointdeals for over 10k after we called to ceck availability first... we were told it would take approx 10days for delivery. On the 10th day they called us to inform that they do not have stock and it could take another 2weeks for imported stock to arrive. We then changed to an alternative solution which they had stock of. We received our delivery 5 days later. But then there was a difference in the amount paid and invoiced because of the change in product so we requested a refund whereby they emailed us a credit note and requested our banking details to process the refund, this was on 17 Feb 2020 already since then i am simply not getting any response via email and both the phone numbers for them is not available and i have yet to receive my refund! This is really frustrating as i am starting to feel like i have been ****med.
