Fourpointdeals or **********

Hello Peter! I don't even think I can rate Fourpoint deals the appalling manner in which they treat certain customers

I purchased the following list of items of which there were inferior items & almost half of my list was NEVER delivered. I personally collected the one & only box delivered which felt quite light & I confirmed with the driver & his associate that there is ONLY one box. I checked ALL the items against my Checklist/Order # & immediately contacted the courier service

They suggested I contact the supplier which I did immediately. I'm still awaiting response regarding my e-mails & telephone calls. Please advise/refer me to a person/entity where I can take steps against Fourpoint deals. I'm an honest, hardworking postgraduate student who does contract work & the items purchased is for my mom who happens to be an elderly state pensioner
