Disappointed, unhappy and not trustworthy

I ordered and paid for a product on the 18 Feb 2020 and I still have not received the product and when I tried to call the number on their website the number goes to a voice recorder.

And now I can’t even logon to their site.

My worry is we are moving on the last day of this month from the delivery address I used and they might use that as the excuse for the order not to be delivered, but it's almost a month since the date of ordering.

According to their response of the 16 Jul 2019 @ 09:56 to a customer that complained, they said their Shipping Policy is 2-7working days. Tomorrow will be exactly a month since I placed the order and still have not received it.

I sent them emails and no response from them.
