worst service ever

I have never receive such bad experience worse for my birthday cake with Fournos Southgate even the branch manager Fawzi was so rude towards me

Firstly I ordererd tiramissu cake and they promise to write my name on the board that didn't happened when i collected the cake and when I asked I was told to pay extra R100 for a board and they also put icing of which I never asked them to put icing then max the guy who I place the order with called the manager who told me that he is paying rent and he is also running a business he can't give me board for free Max should have told me but more than that the cake doesn't taste like tiramisu they put a lot of coco powder it doesn't taste nice at all, I regret buying cake from Southgate they are the worst shop to deal with and very rude their manager is very rude and I will never buy from them they have spoiled my birthday.
