What a disappointment

I ordered a cake on Wednesday for today which is my daughters birthday, when I collected, the cake was not made, then I had to wait for an hour for the cake, from there it didn't go in the fridge to set, it went straight to the box, when I got home the top part came off, when I called and inform them they said that it's not their fault, the driver was fast, I'm really upset and they ruined my daughters birthday. What a huge disappointment, I went there expecting the best.
