Very Disappointed on my birthday

<p> </p> <p>My whole morning was ruined because of this Bakery. I placed an order yesterday and called this morning to confirm if my order was ready, they confirmed that it was. I get there only to find out that it wasnt. Had to wait while they prepared it. Not impressed at all with Woodmead branch. My collegues also complained that they experienced the same sitution of having to wait for their order after having called. Woodmead must really take customers orders seriously. </p>
