Unhappy Client

Went to Furnos Bakery At Rosebank on the 18th Dec to order a Platter of R430 Finger snack which was collected on the 19th Dec (Tuesday) However half of the Staff members at work started feeling ill and when I called the bakery to complain the manager told me that she has never received a complain about any of her platters so at this point 10 staff members are ill which is very bad for such a business ... I just think the manager was not helping and was not sympathizing with me.... Trust me it wont stop till I get my refund
