Unfreshly baked bread

On 16 September 2023, we were in the Roodepoort area. We decided to stop at Fournos as it was a regular shopping bakery when we lived there. I purchased a couple of items including various bread rolls, bagels, pies and samoosas. The bread was stale and not baked that day. The pies and samoosas were cold and not fresh. I could not take them back as I live in Vereeniging and only realised when we got home. The snacks we ate in the car and were well on our way when we realised they were ice cold, not even warmed up. I sent them an email and have till today not heard back from them. Obviously not what they used to be, and not concerned whether customers are happy or not.
